At Revere Rugs, we make sure all our products are quality tested to the highest degree, however there might be times that you may want to return an item to us.
You are eligible to return an item back to us in a sellable condition for any reason; within 30 days of receiving the item. Please do contact us on email@example.com to confirm that you would like to return the item.
All our items returned within the 30 days can be issued a refund, replacement or credit.

We do not cover the cost of the return and it is your responsibility to dispatch the item in an unused, sellable condition to receive a full refund. Please make sure that your item is in its original packaging.
If the reason of your return is due to damage or the wrong item being sent, we will cover the cost of the return. Before returning the item, we will need to see a photo image of the damage or the incorrect item that was received.
Refunds will be issued within 5 days of being returned to us. However, during busy periods, it may take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days for replacements.
